Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. zucchini, 1 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. sour cream, 1 tbsp. grated cheese and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook and drain zucchini.
Place in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. In skillet, melt butter, add sour cream, cheese, salt and paprika.
When cheese is melted, remove from heat and add egg yolk and chives.
Pour over zucchini.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top, then bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
