Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 zucchini (about 8 to 10-inches long), sliced, 2 onions (small), 3 or 4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced and 8 oz. grated white cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown ground beef and onions; slightly drain.
In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
Coat zucchini in flour, salt and pepper.
Brown lightly on each side.
Drain on paper towel.
Use 2-quart casserole dish and alternate sliced zucchini, sliced tomatoes and hamburger.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
Take out and sprinkle cheeses on top and bake 10 minutes longer or until cheeses melt.
