Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen zucchini squash, 1/4 tsp. minced garlic, 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil the squash in salt water to which the minced garlic has been added.
When tender, drain well.
Thicken the tomatoes with the cornstarch and add the butter and minced onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet; add a little salt and pepper.
In a greased casserole, put a layer of squash, beef, tomatoes and cheese; then repeat in the same order.
Cover the top with the crushed corn flakes.
Bake 1 hour in a 350Β° oven.
