Zucchini Casserole
Zucchini Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, 3 c. corn chex, crushed to 2 c., 1/3 grated parmesan cheese, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) and 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine butter, Corn Chex crumbs and cheese; set aside. Combine soup, onions, parsley and seasoning.
Stir in zucchini and 2/3 cups Chex mix.
Mix well; turn into 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or until zucchini is tender and Chex are golden brown.
