Zucchini-Carrot Bread
Zucchini-Carrot Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 c. salad oil, 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/2 c. white sugar and 1 c. carrots, grated medium, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease pans (three 5 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 3-inch if double).
In large bowl, beat eggs with oil.
Stir in sugar, zucchini, carrots and vanilla.
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Blend into egg and oil, etc. and add raisins.
Bake 1 hour or until tested with toothpick. Remove from pan and cool.
