Mix first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 60 to 70 minutes at 300Β°.
Turn off heat and leave cake in the oven 10 more minutes.
This same recipe will make 3 loaves of bread.
