Zucchini Bread No. 1

In a large bowl, stir together all but egg and oil.
Beat eggs and oil together and pour over other mixture.
Stir until moistened.
Place in greased and floured loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch) or 2 smaller disposable pans.
Bake at 350Β° (one loaf pan for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes clean or two disposable pans for 1 hour or until toothpick comes clean).
Turn out and cool completely.
