Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. plain flour, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. soda, 1/4 tsp. baking powder and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder; set aside.
Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients.
Blend in zucchini and nuts.
Bake for 1 hour for large loaves or for 40 to 45 minutes for mini-loaves.
Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Freezes well.
Makes 2 large loaves or 6 mini-loaves.
