Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. soda, 3 tsp. cinnamon, 2 c. zucchini (uncooked), shredded like slaw and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
With a spoon, make a deep well in the center.
In this well, add all the other ingredients.
Stir carefully, just enough to dampen all the dry ingredients.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
