Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts, 4 1/2 tsp. double-acting baking powder and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, apple pie spice and salt.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs slightly. Stir in honey, salad oil, zucchini and vanilla. Stir liquid mixture into flour mixture just until flour is moistened. Spread equally into loaf pans.
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Makes 2 loaves.
