Zucchini Bread

Beat eggs; add salt and sugar and beat.
Beat in oil.
Mix flour, cinnamon, soda and baking powder and add alternately with grated zucchini.
Add nuts, coconut and raisins and mix well. Turn into three well-greased loaf pans and bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes on lowest rack.
