Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon; set aside.
Combine eggs, sugars, oil and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed and slowly add flour mixture.
Add zucchini, apples and pecans, stirring into mixture thoroughly.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool in pans 10 minutes, remove and cool completely.
