Beat eggs until light and foamy.
Add oil, sugar, zucchini and pineapple; mix lightly, but well.
Add flour, salt and baking powder.
Mix until blended.
Add nuts and raisins.
Pour into greased bread pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
