Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an impressive baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour 20 minutes. Made with c. coarsely shredded zucchini, c. all-purpose flour, c. sugar, c. vegetable oil and eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 325Β°.
Generously grease bottoms only of 2 baking pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inches. Beat all ingredients on low speed, scraping bowl constantly for 1 minute.
Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour into pans.
Bake until wooden toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool completely before slicing.
