Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. oil and 3 c. zucchini, peeled and grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat eggs until frothy, then add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat well.
Stir in zucchini.
Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices.
Add flour mixture to zucchini mixture.
Pour into 2 greased, floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Let cool before serving.
Yields 2 loaves.
