Zucchini Bread
Zucchini Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. sugar, 3 c. shredded zucchini, 4 eggs, 3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease bottoms only of two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Mix sugar and shortening in a 2 1/2-quart bowl.
Stir in zucchini, water and eggs.
Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and baking powder.
Stir in nuts and raisins (or pineapple).
Pour into pans.
Bake until a wooden pick comes out clean when inserted in center, 60 to 70 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
