Zucchini Bake
Zucchini Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large or 2 medium zucchini, sliced, 3 to 4 large tomatoes, sliced, 1 c. shredded gruyere cheese (can substitute any white cheese), 1 c. parmesan cheese and vegetable seasonings (mrs. dash, oregano, basil), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Layer sliced zucchini on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer sliced tomatoes on top.
Sprinkle spices over tomatoes.
Repeat until pan is almost full.
Sprinkle heavily with cheeses until pan is covered.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through.
Garnish with more cheese before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
