Zucchini Apple Butter
Zucchini Apple Butter is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cup peeled zucchini cut into chunks, 2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar - apple cider, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. allspice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook Zucchini in small amount of water.
When soft, put through a blender.
Add sugar, vinegar, spices, and lemon juice to zucchini.
Put in a heavy saucepan and bring to boil on low heat until thicken.
Add Hot Candies until melted.
Continue cooking until thickened, stirring constantly.
Put into hot jar and seal.
