Cook macaroni; drain.
Season chops.
In skillet, brown chops well.
Remove.
Add onions and bell pepper.
Brown lightly.

Cook stirring until thickened.
Mix in macaroni and corn.
Arrange chops on top.
Bake 1 hour or until tender.
