Zesty Meatballs
Zesty Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground chuck, 3 medium onions, finely chopped, 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 3/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Cook meatballs in hot oil until lightly browned.
Drain. Place meatballs in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Yields 6 dozen.
