Zesty Carrots
Zesty Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large carrots (1/4 lb.), 2 tbsp. grated onion, 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Scrape carrots and cut thin strips julienne style.
Cook carrots in saucepan about 6 to 8 minutes or until tender.
Drain. Put carrots in baking dish.
In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the liquid (carrots were cooked in), onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Pour over carrots.
Top with bread crumbs and butter. Bake 30 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
