Zesty Carrots
Zesty Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 carrots, 2 tbsp. horseradish, 2 tbsp. onion, grated, 1/4 c. carrot liquid and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cut carrots lengthwise.
Cook until tender. Reserve liquid.
Arrange shallow baking dish.
Combine horseradish, onion, carrot liquid, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Pour over carrots.
Combine crumbs, butter and paprika and sprinkle over to 20 minutes in 375Β° oven. (May be prepared ahead and refrigerated for later baking. Add extra time for cold dish.)
