Yummy Rice Pizza
Yummy Rice Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/3 c. uncooked rice, 6 2/3 c. water, 7 eggs, beaten, 2 3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated and 4 lb. ground beef, fried, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine rice and water; cook until done or water is absorbed. Fold in eggs and 3/4 pound grated cheese.
Pat into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until firm and set. Remove from oven and top with ground beef.
Cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle 2 pounds grated cheese on top.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Return to oven.
Bake at 350° for an additional 20 minutes.
