Yum Yum Chicken
Yum Yum Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup (do not dilute the soups), 1 (8 oz.) sour cream and 1 small pkg. corn bread stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook chicken and remove skin.
Cut chicken in small pieces.
Place in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix together the soup and sour cream.
Spoon over chicken.
Sprinkle corn bread stuffing mix on top.
Melt 1 cup margarine with 1 cup chicken broth.
Pour over casserole.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
