"Yum-Yum" Baked Fudge Cake
"Yum-Yum" Baked Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. cocoa and 1 c. melted butter, cooled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine in mixing bowl eggs, flour and cocoa.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Add butter and nuts and continue to beat about 1 minute.
Transfer to lightly greased 8-inch square pan and bake in preheated 350Β° oven 35 to 40 minutes or until firm on top.
This cake forms a thick fudge sauce in the bottom of pan and cannot be tested with a toothpick insertion.
