Yorkshire Pudding
Yorkshire Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. beef drippings, 3 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1 c. bread flour or regular and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Grease soufflé dish with 2 tablespoons of drippings.
Heat dish, while preparing batter, at 450°.
Beat eggs well.
Add milk, flour and salt.
Beat 30 seconds.
Add 1 tablespoon beef drippings.
Pour into dish.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 450°.
Do not open oven door while baking.
Serve with roast and gravy.
