Yohos
Yohos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. diced onion, 1 garlic clove, chopped, 1/2 c. diced green pepper and 1 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large frypan, heat oil.
Saute onion, garlic and green pepper until onion is transparent, about 5 minutes.
Add seasoned salt, cayenne pepper and water; bring to a slow boil.
Add tomato paste; stir until smooth.
Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add oysters.
Stir and let cook 5 minutes. Remove immediately from heat.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
Serves 4.
