Yogurt with Fruit
Yogurt With Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. yogurt, 2 oranges, peeled and chopped, 1 banana, sliced, 1/2 c. nuts, chopped and 2 tbsp. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Them make a brine of 1 1/2 cups salt to 2 quarts of water.
Let them soak for 3 days.
Drain and put them on a cookie sheet in 300° oven for 15 minutes.

Stir seeds every 10 minutes, until they are done.
They are done when they crack when opened, which will be 45 to 60 minutes, depending on how many you have on the cookie sheet.
