Yogurt Sauced Peaches
Yogurt Sauced Peaches is an moderately easy dinner. In blender, combine cottage cheese, skim milk, sugar, lemon juice and cardamon.
Cover and process until smooth.
Fold in yogurt; chill.
At serving time, using a paring knife, peel, pit and slice peaches.
If you use canned peaches, drain.
Divide peaches among 8 sherbet dishes.
Spoon sauce over peaches.
