Yogurt Cake
Yogurt Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. flour, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder and 1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, allspice and cloves.
Stir in applesauce, 1 1/4 cup yogurt, eggs, and oil.
Blend well.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool for 15 minutes in the pan before removing. Spread on glaze.
