Yellow Squash Casserole
Yellow Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, diced onions to taste and 1/4 lb. butter or margarine (1 stick), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook squash until tender.
Drain.
Add soup, sour cream, pimentos, onion, 1/3 stuffing and water chestnuts.
Put one third of stuffing on bottom of pan.
Pour mixture in pan. Add remaining stuffing on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves about 8.
