Mix milk, sugar, and salt in saucepan and boil.

Set it aside until cool.

Mix yeast, water and sugar.

It will rise, so give it room to double.

You are mixing milk mixture with yeast mixture to rise.

Then gradually sift flour into the mixture and knead until all flour is mixed.

Cover with warm towel for 1 1/2 hours.

Place on lightly floured board.

Pinch off and shape with hands dough about the size of a small egg.

Place on greased pan.

Leave space to rise and spread out.

Bake at 325Β° for 1/2 hour.

Let this dough rise 1 1/2 hours before cooking.
