Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soften yeast in warm water.

Scald milk.

Add sugar, salt and fat.

Cool to lukewarm.

Add 2 cups flour; beat well.

Add enough of the remaining flour to make soft dough.

Turn out on floured board and knead until dough is smooth.

Place in lightly greased bowl.

Cover, put in refrigerator.

When rolls are wanted, take out and punch down.

Mold into desired shapes.

Place on greased pan. Let rise until double, 1 1/2 hours.

Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
