Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1/2 stick margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In saucepan bring to a boil milk and margarine.
Let cool to lukewarm.
Mix yeast in warm water; let stand for 5 minutes.
Beat eggs, sugar and salt together in a large bowl.
Add milk and mix well.
Add yeast, mix well.
Add flour, a little at a time, and mix well.
Put on well floured board and knead for 5 to 8 minutes or until smooth.
Put into a slightly greased bowl and grease with margarine.
Let rise until doubled in bulk.
Knock down, roll out, and shape as desired.
Dip in melted margarine.
Put into greased pan.
Cover and let rise.
Bake in 375Β° oven for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
