Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crisco, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 1 c. boiling water and 2 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream together Crisco, sugar and salt; add boiling water.
Let it cool to lukewarm.
Mix yeast with 1 cup lukewarm water and add to Crisco/sugar mixture.
Add 2 cups flour and eggs.
Mix well. Add 4 more cups flour and mix well.
Put dough into greased bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.
Punch down and place in refrigerator until needed.
When ready to make rolls, roll out dough on floured board and cut with biscuit cutter.
Put a pat of butter on each roll and fold over to form Parker House Rolls.
Let rise for 1 hour and then bake at 375Β° until brown.
