Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 5 tbsp. shortening, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pour boiling water over shortening, sugar and salt.
Blend and let cool.
Add egg.
Sprinkle yeast on warm water until dissolved. Add egg; mix.
Gradually add flour, blending well.
Place in a large covered container in refrigerator overnight.
Use dough as you need to.
It will keep several days in refrigerator.
When ready to use, roll out dough on a floured waxed paper, small amount at a time.
Cut with biscuit cutter; brush with melted butter.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes.
