Yeast Bread - Mom'S is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yeast, 2 tbsp. sugar, 3/4 c. lukewarm water, 2 tbsp. oil and 3 to 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve yeast with 2 tablespoons sugar and warm water, set aside.
Mix sugar, oil, warm milk or water; then add yeast mixture.
Mix well.
Add flour slowly, mixing well.
Turn onto floured surface, kneading good until dough holds shape.
Flip into greased bowl until it's greased all over.
Set in warm place to rise double in size. Punch down and make your bread rolls, loaf, 4-leaf clover, knots, braids, etc.
Let rise in warm place.
Bake at 350Β° until done.
