Yams
Yams is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small yams, boiling water, 2 tbsp. light brown sugar, 2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. orange marmalade and 2/3 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Boil or steam yams for 20 minutes or until barely tender.
Drain and cool.
Peel and cut to equal 1 2/3 cups.
In shallow baking dish, place yams; sprinkle with brown sugar.
Soften marmalade and mix with orange juice.
Add sage and salt and pour over yams.
Bake for 30 minutes.
