Wuzbree
Wuzbree is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c., milk, 1/2 lb. polish link sausage, 2 tbsp. minced onion, salt and pepper to taste and 4 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Wash the meat, salt and dust with caraway seed.
Place fat side up (this can be scored in little squares, if desired) in your roasting pan.
Add a little water, cover and place in a 350Β° oven. After an hour or so, turn and return to the oven, uncovered, and bake until the skin is red and the meat is tender.
Roasting time depends mostly on the quality and size of the roast.
Allow on the average about 30 minutes to the pound.
Baste frequently with the dripping from the pan.
