Wrapped Cauliflower
Wrapped Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower, 1 c. fontinella cheese, grated, 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 6 slices bacon, browned and drained and 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Core cauliflower but do not break apart.
Parboil whole hea d for 5 minutes.
Leave head intact.
Carefully remove from water and drain.
Place head in round baking dish.
Fill inside with cheeses and bacon.
Pour heavy cream and 1 tablespoon melted butter over cauliflower.
Arrange 1 sheet filo over cauliflower, tacking it around the head.
Brush sheet of dough with butter. Place other sheets around head over each other brushing each with melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
