Wonderfully Simple Roast
Wonderfully Simple Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. boneless end of round roast, frozen and 1 pkg. lipton's onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Put the frozen roast into a large Dutch oven.
Pour the dry onion soup mix over the frozen roast and in the bottom of the pan.
Add 1/2 cup water, cover top of pan with foil, then put lid onto pan and bake at 275Β° for 4 hours or until done.
A good roast gravy can be made from the beef broth.
