Wock's Favorite Fresh Apple Cake
Wock'S Favorite Fresh Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 c. salad oil (i use mazola), 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 3 c. peeled, chopped apples and 1 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine oil, sugar and eggs. Add apples, raisins and coconut. Stir thoroughly.
Add soda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in flour until batter is very stiff. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350Β° until done.
