Winter Fruit Bowl
Winter Fruit Bowl is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium grapefruit, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. orange marmalade, 2 c. cranberries (fresh or frozen) and 3 medium bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Pare and section grapefruit, reserving juice.
Set grapefruit sections aside.
Add enough water to juice to measure 1 cup; combine with sugar and marmalade.
Heat to boiling, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Add cranberries; cook and stir until skins pop (5 to 8 minutes).
Remove from heat; cool.
Add grapefruit.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, slice bananas into chilled grapefruit mixture.
