Winter Carrots
Winter Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. carrots, cut into chunks and cooked until tender, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. horseradish, 2 tbsp. chopped onion and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Roll crackers into crumbs; mix with melted butter.
Place carrots in buttered dish.
Mix mayonnaise, horseradish, onion, salt and pepper; pour over carrots.
Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
