Wine Marinade
Wine Marinade is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. salad oil, 1/2 c. red or white wine, 1 clove garlic, grated, 1 tsp. onion, grated and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the oil and wine together and then add the rest of ingredients.
Stir and let chill for several hours.
When ready to cook, pour over either prepared poultry or meat.
Chill 3 more hours.
Baste with the sauce during cooking of the meat.
Makes 3/4 cup sauce.
