Wild Rose Jelly
Wild Rose Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. rose petals, 1/2 c. strained strawberry juice, 1 c. liquid pectin, 4 c. water and 3 1/2 lb. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Measure rose petals.
Cover with water and bring to a boil. Boil 15 minutes.
Strain through a jelly bag.
Add strawberry juice and measure the liquid.
If you do not have a quart, add enough water to make up the difference.
Return to kettle.
Stir in sugar and bring to a boil.
Still, stirring, pour in pectin and boil 1 minute more.
Pour into jelly glasses and seal with paraffin.
