Wild Rice Whatsis
Wild Rice Whatsis is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked wild rice, 1 or 2 cans green beans, 1 or 1 1/2 onions, chopped, 2 or 3 celery stalks, chopped and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook wild rice with the juice of the beans and enough water to make up 3 1/2 cups.
After rice has cooked 20 to 30 minutes, add onions and celery.
When vegetables are almost done, stir in green beans, mushroom soup (and meat and water chestnuts).
Bring to boil again and serve.
Serves 4.
