Wild Rice Shrimp Bake
Wild Rice Shrimp Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice, 1 lb. uncooked, medium sized shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1 medium green pepper, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare rice as directed on package.
In a large skillet, saute mushrooms, green peppers, onions and shrimp.
Shrimp will turn pink.
Add soup to the rice and stir.
Add shrimp mixture to rice and soup.
Stir and transfer to a well-greased 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
Bake at 350Β° uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
