Wild Rice Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. raw wild rice (4 c. cooked), 1/2 c. olive oil, 1/2 c. raisins, 1/2 c. parsley, chopped and 1/2 c. green onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook rice and toss with olive oil and raisins.
Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Let cool to room temperature.
