Wild Rice Chicken Supreme
Wild Rice Chicken Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cubed chicken, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice, 1/4 c. butter, 1/3 c. chopped onions and 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook rice according to directions.
While rice is cooking, melt butter in large saucepan.
Add onion and cook over low heat until tender.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in milk and chicken broth.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in chicken, pimento, parsley, almonds and cooked rice.
Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
